Jeremy Harris

is the first and only Krav Maga Worldwide certified instructor in the state of West Virginia. He began his Krav Maga training in 2009 in Maryland and Virginia before moving to West Virginia. He started his own Krav Maga training facility in 2017 that merged with Defense In Depth in 2018. His personal philosophy on training is to train hard, train often and make sure you have fun along the way.

Before Krav Maga, Harris was in the United States Army where he worked on a Combat Search and Rescue Team and served as a weapons instructor. Harris is a decorated wartime veteran and was honorably discharged in 2005.

Harris is married with three children and lives in Morgantown, WV. He is the owner and CEO of IT Mindshare, a local technology firm and volunteers his time as a pilot to the Civil Air Patrol.
